During this stage of life, different areas of our overall fitness need nurturing besides high-intensity cardio and trying to look “skinny.” As older women, we need to shift our focus to preserving our internal organs and overall health and well-being as much as we do the external appearance of our figure and the image we are projecting to the world. ![]()
